Stopping Smoking

Most of my clients are people who want to stop smoking. Hypnosis is a popular way to become a non-smoker. This is because your smoking habit is held in your subconscious mind (otherwise you would just make a conscious decision to stop and you would straight away). Through Hypnosis we break the link between smoking and your subconscious mind's attempt to provide you with some positive relief, relaxation or satisfaction. Many of my clients are referrals from other client recommendations.

Making Positive Changes

If you have failed in previous attempts to change your habits, it is possible that you may hold a negative self-image in your subconscious. Hypnosis allows you to change your subconscious self- image and so naturally change your habits.
